We
began by creating a roadmap for Kate’s marketing efforts.
By working with Kate we helped her determine where she had
been, but more importantly, where she was going.
What were her goals for the next two years? For the next five years? Once we
had a solid roadmap, we could begin working on the most effective marketing
tools to help Kate move forward.

began with Kate’s website. Instead of just
giving Kate’s existing site a new look, RIM
re-designed Kate’s website to become a Resource
Center for her existing and potential clients.
Details of the Silicon Valley living experience, home buying advice and
real estate law are just a few of the sections available to visitors.
The goal was to offer a “one stop shop” to potential clients,
offering advice, hints and tips that cover subjects from buying to moving
to living in the Silver Creek Valley. |

RIM
re-engineered Kate’s website to include streaming
videos with showcase video tours of her homes for sale.
Whether potential clients live across the street or around the world,
these videos tour allow 24/7 virtual access inside all of Kate’s
homes. Homes are sold as a direct result of RIM’s streaming home
video tours.
